  • Delivery Policy

To the value of our products is added the cost of shipping, which varies depending on the destination, size and weight of the piece.

The collection option in Cascais is free.​

Items in stock take between one and three business days to be processed for shipment from the date of payment.

Delivery time in mainland Portugal varies between two to four business days and for international shipments please contact us.

If it is not possible to deliver an order according to your delivery option, the order will automatically be returned to the sender.

  • Exchanges and Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you can exchange or return it.

Only articles that are in perfect condition will be accepted.

If you want to make an exchange or return, you have 15 days after receiving the product to contact us.

The costs and responsibility for sending the exchange or return are borne by the customer.
